Instructions
- Marinate chicken in Buttermilk, Hot sauce, Salt for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Combine Coating ingredients in a bowl.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Toast waffles and cut into 1-inch squares.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Fry chicken in hot oil (350°F/175°C) for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Thread chicken and waffle pieces onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Brush skewers with Sauce and serve immediately.
