Instructions
  1. Prepare the Burger Patties: Gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients in a bowl. Form into 4 small, loose patties. Avoid overworking the meat.
  2. Prepare the Truffle Aioli: In a small bowl, whisk together all Truffle Aioli ingredients until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Brioche Donut Waffle Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together all Brioche Donut Waffle Batter ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Cook the Burger Patties: Cook the patties in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Cook the Brioche Donut Waffles: Preheat your waffle iron. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the waffle iron for each waffle. Cook according to your waffle iron's instructions.
