Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Place approximately 10-12 tater tots into each muffin cup.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Heavy Cream, Salt, and Pepper.
- Stir in the cooked and crumbled Bacon and half of the chopped Chives.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots in each muffin cup.
- Sprinkle the Shredded Gruyere Cheese and remaining Chives over the top of each bite.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are golden brown.
