Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Place approximately 10-12 tater tots into each muffin cup.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Heavy Cream, Salt, and Pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked and crumbled Bacon and half of the chopped Chives.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots in each muffin cup.
  6. Sprinkle the Shredded Gruyere Cheese and remaining Chives over the top of each bite.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are golden brown.
