Instructions
  1. Place the Chuck Roast in a slow cooker.
  2. Add the Potatoes, Carrots, and Onion around the roast.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients.
  4. Pour the Sauce mixture over the roast and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours, until the roast is very tender.
  6. Shred the roast with two forks and serve with the vegetables and sauce.
