1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/4 cup Chickpea Flour
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
  1. Sauté the Mushrooms in 1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil until softened and browned. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Base ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Flavor ingredients.
  4. Add the Flavor mixture and sautéed Mushrooms to the Base mixture and stir to combine.
  5. In a small bowl, combine all Liquid ingredients.
  6. Gradually add the Liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for 7-10 minutes until very elastic.
  7. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  8. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty.
  9. Heat remaining Vegetable Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  10. Cook the patties for 6-8 minutes per side, or until browned and firm.
