Place Pork Chops in a resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over them. Ensure chops are fully coated.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove Pork Chops from marinade (discard marinade) and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 145°F/63°C).
