Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
  2. Place Pork Chops in a resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over them. Ensure chops are fully coated.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Remove Pork Chops from marinade (discard marinade) and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 145°F/63°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
