Mozzarella & Pickle Skewers
Mozzarella and pickle skewers elevated with a quick herb marinade for added flavor. A slightly more sophisticated take on a classic.

Mozzarella Cheese-cut into 1 inch cubes

Dill Pickles-cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tbsp
White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp
Dried Italian Herb Blend

Mozzarella and pickle skewers elevated with a quick herb marinade for added flavor. A slightly more sophisticated take on a classic.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Add the mozzarella cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread a marinated mozzarella cube and a pickle piece onto each skewer.
- Repeat the pattern until each skewer has approximately 3-4 mozzarella cubes and 3-4 pickle pieces.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter.
- Garnish with chopped fresh chives, if desired.
