Tender steak bites with a more complex flavor profile, featuring a balsamic glaze and fresh herbs.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Add Steak to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated steak to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until browned and cooked to desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
- While steak is cooking, prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Beef Broth and Cornstarch.
- Pour Sauce into the skillet with the steak and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
- Stir in Balsamic Glaze.
- Garnish with Fresh Parsley and serve immediately.
