Instructions
  1. Place Chicken in a slow cooker.
  2. In a saucepan, sauté Tomato paste over medium heat for 5 minutes. Deglaze with Bourbon, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 10 minutes to reduce alcohol.
  3. Add Apple cider vinegar, Maple syrup, Smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, Chipotle powder, and Cayenne pepper to the saucepan. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour Sauce over Chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until chicken is extremely tender and easily shredded.
  6. Shred Chicken using two forks.
  7. In a small bowl, combine Broccoli slaw, Duke's Mayonnaise, and Pickle relish.
  8. Lightly toast Pretzel buns.
  9. Assemble sandwiches: Spread slaw on the bottom bun, top with shredded Chicken, and finish with the top bun.
