1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
  2. Add Apples and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened.
  3. Combine Sweetener, Water, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Lemon Juice in a bowl. Pour over Apples.
  4. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until Apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm.
