Instructions
  1. In a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
  2. Add Apples and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and softened.
  3. Sprinkle Brown Sugar over Apples and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar melts and caramelizes.
  4. Carefully pour in Bourbon (it may flame briefly). Let the alcohol burn off for 1 minute.
  5. Add Apple Cider, Heavy Cream, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Cloves. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until Apples are very tender and sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with a pinch of Flaky Sea Salt before serving. Serve warm.
