Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Filling ingredients. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Pour the filling into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt for the Cobbler Topping.
  5. Cut in the cold Butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Stir in the Milk until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the Cobbler Topping evenly over the fruit filling.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
