Olive Garden Breadstick Recipe
A slightly refined version of the classic Olive Garden breadsticks, featuring a tangier dough and a more flavorful garlic-herb butter.

A slightly refined version of the classic Olive Garden breadsticks, featuring a tangier dough and a more flavorful garlic-herb butter.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Warm Milk, Sugar, and Active Dry Yeast. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Add the Bread Flour, Salt, and Olive Oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a 6-8 inch long rope.
- Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the breadsticks are baking, melt the Butter in a small bowl. Stir in the minced Garlic, chopped Parsley, Italian Seasoning, and Salt.
- Brush the warm breadsticks with the Butter Topping immediately after removing them from the oven.
