Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the Warm Water, Sugar, and Active Dry Yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the Bread Flour, Salt, and Olive Oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 16 equal pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a 6-8 inch long rope.
  8. Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 13-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. While the breadsticks are baking, prepare the Garlic Butter by combining the melted Butter, minced Garlic, Italian Seasoning, and Garlic Powder.
  11. Brush the warm breadsticks with the Garlic Butter and serve immediately.
