Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Warm Water, Sugar, and Active Dry Yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Add the Bread Flour, Salt, and Olive Oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 16 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a 6-8 inch long rope.
- Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 13-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the breadsticks are baking, prepare the Garlic Butter by combining the melted Butter, minced Garlic, Italian Seasoning, and Garlic Powder.
- Brush the warm breadsticks with the Garlic Butter and serve immediately.
