Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Layer: Combine all Brownie Layer ingredients according to package directions. Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  3. Let the brownie layer cool completely.
  4. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together all Cheesecake Filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the Cheesecake Filling evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
  6. Prepare the Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Pudding Layer ingredients until thickened. Spread evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Sprinkle Chocolate chips over the pudding layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set.
  9. Top with Whipped topping before serving, if desired.
