Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Layer: Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  3. Let the brownie layer cool completely.
  4. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together all Cheesecake Filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the Cheesecake Filling evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
  6. Prepare the Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Pudding Layer ingredients until thickened. Spread evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Sprinkle Chocolate chips over the pudding layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set.
  9. Top with Whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
