Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Prepare the Brownie Layer: Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let the brownie layer cool completely.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together all Cheesecake Filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Spread the Cheesecake Filling evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
Prepare the Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Pudding Layer ingredients until thickened. Spread evenly over the cheesecake layer.
Sprinkle Chocolate chips over the pudding layer.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set.
Top with Whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
