Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine Heavy Cream, Mayonnaise, and Fresh Pesto.
- Add Parmesan Cheese, minced Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, and Lemon Juice.
- Whisk thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more Parmesan for a stronger cheese flavor, or Lemon Juice for brightness.
- Serve immediately over pasta, chicken, or vegetables.
