Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Sauce: Heat Olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add Crushed tomatoes, Tomato sauce, Oregano, and Red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in Heavy cream into the Sauce.
In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese Blend ingredients. Mix well.
Add the cooked Pasta to the Sauce. Stir to coat.
Spread the Pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with the Cheese Blend.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
