Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, steam or blanch Vegetables until tender-crisp (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in Heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season Sauce with Salt and Black pepper.
  6. Add cooked Pasta and Vegetables to the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
  7. Serve immediately.
