Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta cooks, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
- Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan Cheese, Salt, and Pepper.
- Add drained Pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
- Garnish with Parsley and serve immediately.
