Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add Shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
  4. Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan Cheese, Salt, and Pepper.
  5. Add drained Pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish with Parsley and serve immediately.
