Instructions
  1. Cook Linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Pour in Dry White Wine and Chicken Broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.
  5. Add Lemon Juice and Red Pepper Flakes to the Sauce. Stir to combine.
  6. Stir in Heavy Cream and simmer for 1 minute.
  7. Add Shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add the cooked Linguine to the skillet with the Shrimp and Sauce. Toss to coat.
  9. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
  10. Stir in Fresh Parsley. Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
  11. Serve immediately.
