Olive Garden Stuffed Mushrooms
A refined version of the classic stuffed mushrooms, featuring a more complex filling and sauce.

A refined version of the classic stuffed mushrooms, featuring a more complex filling and sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove stems from Mushrooms and set caps aside.
- In a bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
- Stuff each Mushroom cap with approximately 1 tablespoon of Filling.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in Sherry and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate. Add Chicken Broth and simmer for another 2 minutes. This is the Sauce.
- Place stuffed Mushrooms in a baking dish and pour Sauce over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until Mushrooms are tender and Filling is golden brown.
