1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

A refined version of the classic stuffed mushrooms, featuring a more complex filling and sauce.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove stems from Mushrooms and set caps aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
  3. Stuff each Mushroom cap with approximately 1 tablespoon of Filling.
  4. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in Sherry and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate. Add Chicken Broth and simmer for another 2 minutes. This is the Sauce.
  6. Place stuffed Mushrooms in a baking dish and pour Sauce over them.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until Mushrooms are tender and Filling is golden brown.
