Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the Sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the Olive Oil, Onion, and Garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the Potatoes and Chicken Broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in the Kale and Italian Seasoning. Cook until the kale is wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Heavy Cream and Red Pepper Flakes. Heat through, but do not boil.
- Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste. Serve hot.
