Instructions
In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine Chicken with Italian seasoning, sea salt, and pepper.
Add Pasta and Heavy cream to the pot. Ensure pasta is mostly submerged.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until pasta is cooked al dente and chicken is cooked to 165°F (74°C). Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Stir in Butter and Garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Deglaze the pot with White wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let simmer for 3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Nutmeg until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Stir in Black truffle oil. Serve immediately, garnished with shaved Black truffle.
