What You'll Need

Instructions
  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine Chicken with Italian seasoning, sea salt, and pepper.
  2. Add Pasta and Heavy cream to the pot. Ensure pasta is mostly submerged.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until pasta is cooked al dente and chicken is cooked to 165°F (74°C). Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
  4. Stir in Butter and Garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pot with White wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let simmer for 3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Nutmeg until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Stir in Black truffle oil. Serve immediately, garnished with shaved Black truffle.
