Instructions
  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine Chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add Pasta and Heavy cream to the pot. Ensure pasta is mostly submerged.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through and chicken is cooked to 165°F (74°C). Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  4. Stir in Butter and Garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pot with White wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and Nutmeg until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Stir in Parsley and Basil. Serve immediately.
