Instructions
  1. Pat Filet Mignon steaks dry and season generously with Seasoning ingredients.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the hot skillet. Sear Filet Mignon steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  4. Remove steaks from skillet and set aside to rest.
  5. In the same skillet, melt remaining Butter Sauce ingredients over medium heat. Stir until combined and slightly thickened.
  6. Pour Butter Sauce over rested Filet Mignon steaks and serve immediately.
