Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine all Ribs ingredients and rub evenly over the ribs.
  3. Place ribs in a baking dish with a rack and add 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of the dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 3 hours, or until ribs are very tender.
  5. While ribs are baking, prepare the Sauce. In a medium saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove ribs from oven and increase oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Brush ribs generously with the Sauce.
  8. Return ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until sauce is caramelized and sticky.
