Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together all Herb Marinade ingredients.
Place Salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and pour the Herb Marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Let the Salmon marinate for 15 minutes.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the Salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
While the Salmon is baking, prepare the Lemon-Dill Sauce by combining all Lemon-Dill Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
Serve the Salmon with a dollop of Lemon-Dill Sauce.
