Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Arrange Scrapple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the Scrapple slices.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients until well combined.
Brush the Glaze evenly over the Scrapple slices.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and caramelized.
Serve immediately.
