Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the Pizza Dough into 1-inch strips.
  3. Tie each strip into a knot.
  4. Brush the knots with Olive Oil.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. While the knots are baking, prepare the Garlic Butter by combining all Garlic Butter ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Once the knots are out of the oven, brush generously with Garlic Butter.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Pecorino Romano Cheese and serve immediately.
