Parmesan-Crusted Pepperoni Chips
A sophisticated take on pepperoni chips, featuring prosciutto, aged parmesan, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Pecorino Romano cheese-finely grated

A sophisticated take on pepperoni chips, featuring prosciutto, aged parmesan, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wrap each Pepperoni slice with a piece of Prosciutto Wrap, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- In a small bowl, combine all Parmesan Crust ingredients.
- Arrange the prosciutto-wrapped Pepperoni on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan Crust mixture evenly over the wrapped Pepperoni, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the parmesan is golden brown. Remove toothpicks before serving.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with Finishing ingredients. Let cool slightly before serving.
