Parmesan-Crusted Pepperoni Chips
A slightly more flavorful version of parmesan-crusted pepperoni chips with a touch of heat and higher-quality parmesan.

Parmesan cheese-finely grated
1/4 tsp
Garlic powder
1/4 tsp
Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp

A slightly more flavorful version of parmesan-crusted pepperoni chips with a touch of heat and higher-quality parmesan.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine all Parmesan Crust ingredients.
- Arrange Pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan Crust mixture evenly over the Pepperoni slices, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the pepperoni is crispy and the parmesan is golden brown. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Finishing ingredients. Let cool slightly before serving.
