  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare Brown butter: Melt 1 tbsp butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking until butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine Ramen noodles, Brown butter, Garlic powder, White pepper, and Black truffle oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the seasoned Ramen noodles in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle Aged Parmesan cheese evenly over the noodles.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  7. Let cool slightly, then garnish with Fresh chives before serving.
