12 oz Rotini Pasta Chips
1 lb Ground Beef
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Milk

A fun and easy twist on nachos using pasta chips as the base, topped with classic nacho ingredients.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in Taco Seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in Shredded Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Spread Pasta Chips on a baking sheet.
  8. Top with seasoned Ground Beef and Cheese Sauce.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and chips are slightly golden.
  10. Garnish with Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Black Olives, Sour Cream, and Guacamole.
