1 1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Peanut Butter-creamy
1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
2 Nori Sheets

A fun and kid-friendly twist on the classic PB&J sandwich, presented as sushi rolls!
Instructions
  1. Cook Rice according to package directions. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of cooked Rice onto a Nori Sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top edge.
  3. Spread Peanut Butter evenly over the Rice, leaving a small strip uncovered at the top.
  4. Spread Strawberry Jam over the Peanut Butter.
  5. Using a sushi rolling mat (or carefully by hand), tightly roll the Nori Sheet away from you.
  6. Moisten the uncovered edge of the Nori Sheet with water to seal the roll.
  7. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp, wet knife.
  8. Repeat with the remaining Nori Sheet.
