PB&J Sushi Rolls
A fun and kid-friendly twist on the classic PB&J sandwich, presented as sushi rolls!
1 cup
White Rice
1 1/4 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Peanut Butter-creamy
1/4 cup
Strawberry Jam

A fun and kid-friendly twist on the classic PB&J sandwich, presented as sushi rolls!
Instructions
- Cook Rice according to package directions. Allow to cool slightly.
- Spread a thin, even layer of cooked Rice onto a Nori Sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top edge.
- Spread Peanut Butter evenly over the Rice, leaving a small strip uncovered at the top.
- Spread Strawberry Jam over the Peanut Butter.
- Using a sushi rolling mat (or carefully by hand), tightly roll the Nori Sheet away from you.
- Moisten the uncovered edge of the Nori Sheet with water to seal the roll.
- Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp, wet knife.
- Repeat with the remaining Nori Sheet.
