Instructions
  1. Cook Rice according to package directions. While cooking, stir in Black Sesame Paste. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Make Yuzu Cream: Whip Heavy Cream with Powdered Sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in Yuzu Juice.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of cooked Rice onto a Nori Sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top edge.
  4. Spread Peanut Butter evenly over the Rice, leaving a small strip uncovered at the top.
  5. Spread Raspberry Preserves over the Peanut Butter.
  6. Using a sushi rolling mat, tightly roll the Nori Sheet away from you.
  7. Moisten the uncovered edge of the Nori Sheet with water to seal the roll.
  8. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp, wet knife.
  9. Drizzle with Yuzu Cream and sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds before serving.
