PB&J Sushi Rolls

A sophisticated take on PB&J sushi, featuring black sesame rice, artisanal peanut butter, and a delicate yuzu cream.
Instructions
- Cook Rice according to package directions. While cooking, stir in Black Sesame Paste. Allow to cool slightly.
- Make Yuzu Cream: Whip Heavy Cream with Powdered Sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in Yuzu Juice.
- Spread a thin, even layer of cooked Rice onto a Nori Sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top edge.
- Spread Peanut Butter evenly over the Rice, leaving a small strip uncovered at the top.
- Spread Raspberry Preserves over the Peanut Butter.
- Using a sushi rolling mat, tightly roll the Nori Sheet away from you.
- Moisten the uncovered edge of the Nori Sheet with water to seal the roll.
- Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp, wet knife.
- Drizzle with Yuzu Cream and sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds before serving.
