A slightly more refined peanut butter fudge with the addition of a touch of sea salt to enhance the flavor. Uses a higher quality peanut butter and a bit of corn syrup for a smoother texture.

What You'll Need

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine all Base ingredients except the sea salt.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
  4. Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the sea salt vigorously until the fudge begins to lose its gloss and thicken.
  6. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Let cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.
