Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium saucepan, combine all Base ingredients except the sea salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
- Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sea salt vigorously until the fudge begins to lose its gloss and thicken.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Let cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.
