Dinner has a soundtrack. 9 songs paced to this 40-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. First, prepare the House-Made Pickles: In a saucepan, combine White Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Dill Seed, and Salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Place thinly sliced English Cucumbers in a jar and pour the hot brine over them. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients. Form into 4 patties, being careful not to overwork the Wagyu beef.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together all Peanut Butter Sauce ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat a cast iron skillet or grill over high heat.
  5. Sear patties for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to desired doneness.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, spread a generous amount of Peanut Butter Sauce on top of each patty.
  7. Place patties on toasted Potato Buns, top with House-Made Pickles and Arugula. Serve immediately.
