Instructions
  1. Make the Ganache: Place chopped Dark Chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Heat Heavy Cream in a small saucepan until simmering. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Stir in Peanut Butter until fully incorporated. Let cool slightly.
  2. Slice each Date lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Remove the pit from each Date.
  3. Fill each Date with approximately 1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter Ganache.
  4. Melt remaining Dark Chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each stuffed Date into the melted Dark Chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Immediately sprinkle with Maldon Sea Salt Flakes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
