Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season Chicken with Salt and Black pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine all Pecan Coating ingredients.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then dredge in the pecan mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. While baking, whisk together Honey-Dijon Glaze ingredients.
  7. Brush chicken with glaze and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
