Luxurious Wagyu beef burgers stuffed with Pepper Jack cheese, topped with sweet caramelized onions, and a decadent truffle aioli.
Instructions
  1. Prepare Caramelized Onions: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes, or until deeply golden brown and caramelized. Stir in brown sugar and balsamic vinegar during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  2. Prepare Truffle Aioli: Combine all Truffle Aioli ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. In a large bowl, gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients. Do not overmix.
  4. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions.
  5. Flatten each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Place 2 slices of Pepper Jack Cheese from the Filling group in the center of each patty.
  7. Carefully fold the beef over the cheese, sealing the edges to create a stuffed burger. Ensure the cheese is fully enclosed.
  8. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  9. Cook burgers for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to desired doneness.
  10. Serve on artisan brioche buns with a generous topping of caramelized onions and truffle aioli.
