Pepper Jack Stuffed Burgers
Beef burgers stuffed with Pepper Jack cheese and topped with a smoky chipotle mayonnaise for an extra kick.

Beef burgers stuffed with Pepper Jack cheese and topped with a smoky chipotle mayonnaise for an extra kick.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions.
- Flatten each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place 2 slices of Pepper Jack Cheese from the Filling group in the center of each patty.
- Carefully fold the beef over the cheese, sealing the edges to create a stuffed burger. Ensure the cheese is fully enclosed.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- While burgers are cooking, prepare the Chipotle Mayo. Combine all Chipotle Mayo ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Serve on brioche buns with arugula, tomato slices, and a generous spread of Chipotle Mayo.
