12 ounces White Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine all Fudge Base ingredients. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Stir in Peppermint Extract. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Melt Dark Chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Spread the melted Dark Chocolate over the fudge layer. Immediately sprinkle with Crushed Peppermint Candies.
  6. Let cool completely at room temperature, then lift out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
