Instructions
- Lay the Kirby Dill Pickle Spears flat on a clean surface.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened Crème Fraîche, chopped Fresh Dill, Lemon Juice, and White Pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the thinly sliced Smoked Salmon into the Crème Fraîche mixture.
- Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraîche Filling onto each Dill Pickle Spear.
- Carefully roll up each pickle spear, securing the filling inside.
- Arrange the Smoked Salmon & Dill Pickle Roll-Ups on a serving platter.
- Garnish with Dill Fronds and serve immediately.
