Instructions
  1. Lay the Kirby Dill Pickle Spears flat on a clean surface.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened Crème Fraîche, chopped Fresh Dill, Lemon Juice, and White Pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the thinly sliced Smoked Salmon into the Crème Fraîche mixture.
  4. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraîche Filling onto each Dill Pickle Spear.
  5. Carefully roll up each pickle spear, securing the filling inside.
  6. Arrange the Smoked Salmon & Dill Pickle Roll-Ups on a serving platter.
  7. Garnish with Dill Fronds and serve immediately.
