  2. Add all Vegetables ingredients to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Binding ingredients.

  5. Add all Seasoning ingredients and mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  7. **Benne Seed Crackers:** In a food processor, pulse together flour, butter, and benne seeds until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  8. Gradually add ice water, pulsing until the dough just comes together.
  9. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface.
  11. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
