Pimento Cheese Spread
A slightly more refined pimento cheese with a bit more depth of flavor, using a blend of cheeses and a touch of hot sauce.

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese ingredients.
- Add all Vegetables ingredients to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Binding ingredients.
- Pour the Binding mixture over the cheese and vegetables.
- Add all Seasoning ingredients and mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or on sandwiches.
