Pizza Bagel Smash Sliders
A slightly more refined version of the classic pizza bagel sliders, featuring better quality ingredients and a touch more flavor.

Bagels-everything, split
1/2 cup
Pizza Sauce-premium
1 tsp
Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese-low moisture, part skim shredded

A slightly more refined version of the classic pizza bagel sliders, featuring better quality ingredients and a touch more flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine Pizza Sauce, Italian Seasoning, and Red Pepper Flakes.
- In a separate small bowl, combine melted Butter, minced Garlic, and Dried Parsley.
- Brush the cut sides of the Bagels with the Garlic Butter mixture.
- Place bagel halves, cut-side up, on a baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of Sauce over each bagel half.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Pepperoni, and Mushrooms.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
