Instructions
Marinate the Chicken in Buttermilk, Hot sauce, Smoked paprika, Garlic powder, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper, and Sea salt for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Prepare the Breading by combining All-purpose flour, Rice flour, Baking powder, Sea salt, Black pepper, Smoked paprika, and Dried thyme in a bowl.
Dredge the marinated Chicken in the Breading, ensuring it's fully coated.
Prepare the Biscuits: Combine All-purpose flour, Baking powder, and Sea salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add Buttermilk until a dough forms. Gently fold in Cheddar cheese and Chives. Gently pat dough to 1 inch thickness and cut out biscuits.
Heat Peanut oil in a cast iron skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the Chicken for 7-9 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Bake the Biscuits at 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Assemble the biscuits: Split the biscuits, spread with Homemade aioli, and add a piece of fried Chicken.
