Instructions
  1. Pat the Pork Chops dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
  3. Rub the Seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the Pork Chops.
  4. Heat the Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the Pork Chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
