Instructions
  1. Lightly brush the outside of each slice of Brioche Bread with melted Butter.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Cook Prosciutto slices for 1-2 minutes per side, until slightly crispy.
  4. Remove Prosciutto from skillet and set aside.
  5. Crack Duck Egg into the skillet and cook to desired doneness (runny yolk recommended).
  6. Toast Brioche slices in the skillet until golden brown.
  7. Place one slice of toasted Brioche, toasted-side down, on a plate.
  8. Layer with Gruyère Cheese, then Prosciutto, then Duck Egg.
  9. Drizzle with Truffle Oil.
  10. Top with the second slice of toasted Brioche, toasted-side up.
