Instructions
- Lightly brush the outside of each slice of Brioche Bread with melted Butter.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook Prosciutto slices for 1-2 minutes per side, until slightly crispy.
- Remove Prosciutto from skillet and set aside.
- Crack Duck Egg into the skillet and cook to desired doneness (runny yolk recommended).
- Toast Brioche slices in the skillet until golden brown.
- Place one slice of toasted Brioche, toasted-side down, on a plate.
- Layer with Gruyère Cheese, then Prosciutto, then Duck Egg.
- Drizzle with Truffle Oil.
- Top with the second slice of toasted Brioche, toasted-side up.
